Today we explored a new spot which was recommended to us by Tackle land Sandgate. Its located at the end of Newport drive, then turn left onto Endeavour Esplanade and follow it to the end.
Right there is a nice little spot that overhangs the waters edge which would be good to fish off on high tide.
It was low tide today so we parked the car up and scrambled down the rocks. We fished for only about an hour one of us using Bream bites (Salted mullet) and the other using the Vibe lure.
No bites or hits yet but I feel we didn't give it much of a go, we were a little hungover ahha.
BBQ, fish cleaning stations, kids playground right near there and ya car is parked close by so everything you need is there. Toilets are a one minute drive down the esplanade. We stopped there for some handstands on our way to the Scarborough marina where we also parked up and just went out for a fish off the rock wall where the boat channel is. No luck again, a little weedy, using the same bait too.

I can imagine these spots would be awesome on the changing tide, we will try it again another day!
